What is
this? A world-wide research project designed to study experienced
negotiators while they negotiate real cases. We ask you to fill out
three journal entries during an in-depth negotiation. Please consider
joining the study!
Why participate?
First, self-reflection that comes from keeping a journal can help
decision-making. Second, this survey includes a free personality
assessment that may be informative. Third, you would be part of the
first and only data-base of experienced negotiators used in
university research.
Who
should participate? Any manager, lawyer, business person, or
other professional who negotiates as part of his or her job, likes to
reflect on experiences, and is willing to fill out several journal entries.
Who gets
the data? All information is saved in a confidential database
accessible only to Professor Friedman at Vanderbilt, and will be used
for academic research only.
