Where is your car's Radio/Audio Fuse Box and location?
In most of the newer models, two or more fuse boxes are very common. You need to refer to your owner's manual to locate the fuse of your Radio/Audio/Speaker Fuses. Fuses may appear in more than one place.

What AMP fuse is currently installed for your Radio/Audio Fuse Box?
Most of the vehicles come with the 10AMP fuse for your in-car Radio/Audio system. If you are planning to install the in-car entertainment system co-existing with your current audio system, you definitely need to add AMP into the fuse box. We are suggesting to add 10AMP per device. For example, you have a manufacturer radio/cassette player and want to add our in dash DVD player, you will need to increase your existing fuse from 10AMP to 20AMP (if your existing fuse setting is 10AMP).

Is there a Backup fuse box for your Radio/Audio System?
As mentioned, there may have more than one fuse box available for the Radio/Audio System. For example, 99 Honda CRV, there is an additional backup fuse for the radio system. You need to find and locate the backup fuse for your audio system and make the necessary adjustment as need.

Have you got the in-dash wire harness for your power & speakers connection?
What is harness? In most of the vehicle, manufacturer have bundle all the wire in a factory default jet that may include Ground, Power, Speakers, etc. Each car model comes with a different harness model. This is used to make your installation easier without messing around with all the wires. You better go to the dealer or well-known vehicle audio retail shops to look for the harness that your car is using. Please do be aware that even a same model of the car, but it may be using different harness with only a year different. Therefore, please shop with care.
